When are the new dates for the show?

The new dates for the show are 26th-27th March 2021.

What time will the show start/finish?

The show will be held 10:30am-19:00pm each day, however entry times will differ
depending on what ticket you have purchased e.g. VIP or general admission.

Will my ticket remain valid for the new dates?

Yes, your ticket will remain valid for any future show until you use it.

I had a Saturday ticket for the show which was postponed – has anything changed?

For those who are able to attend the show on the new dates (26th -27th March 2021), we are excited to announce that your general admission Saturday tickets will now allow you to access the show on the Friday as well as the Saturday as a goodwill gesture for your on-going support.

Will my raffle ticket still be valid?

Yes, your raffle ticket will still remain valid for the upcoming show. If you are unable to
attend the new dates and still hold a raffle ticket, you will be contacted if you win via email.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, there will be parking for you at the venue, located next to the hotel is a car park called ‘Q Park Lane’. The car park is £7.00 per hour or £42.00 for 24 hours.

Can I return my ticket?

If you are unable to attend the new dates for the show then your ticket will always remain valid for any upcoming shows in the future. However, if you still wish to receive a refund please contact info@thelondonwatchshow.com and we will look into this for you.

Can I collect tickets for someone else?

No, only the person who bought the tickets can collect them. ID is required on the day such as a driving license or passport which must match your ticket.

What are the hotel rates?

Are there any age restrictions for the show?

All guests under 16 years of age are free of charge. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
